Elizabeth Chalecki, Ph.D., is an expert in climate change and security, international environmental policy, sustainability, foreign policy, and the intersection of science and international relations. In 2020, Chalecki was awarded a Research Fellowship at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC, and spent three months in 2022 on a Fulbright Fellowship as the U.S. and Canada Relations Research Chair at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. She is also a subject matter expert on climate and security for NATO.
