Tony is an assistant professor in the Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology. His research focuses on environmental economics, particularly at the intersection of innovative technologies – such as solar geoengineering – and climate policy, using economic theory and applied econometrics. His work has been published in journals like PNAS and Nature Communications. Tony is also exploring topics such as the energy implications of AI adoption. Tony received his Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
