Phil Duffy is a physicist who has worked on climate change since 1991. While in the White House Office of Science and Technology policy, he led development of the White House’s congressionally mandated research plan and an initial research governance framework related to solar radiation modification. He is now Chief Scientist at Spark Climate Solutions.
