Oliver is a science writer and editor, currently at The Economist and previously at the scientific journal Nature. He has written extensively about solar geoengineering, including in the seminal 2016 book “The Planet Remade”. He serves on the board of trustees of the Degrees Initiative, an NGO dedicated to putting the Global South at the centre of the SRM conversation.
